A report looks wrong
Tell us what the report said and what you believe is correct. Note that vehicle specifications come from NHTSA — if the underlying decode is wrong, corrections have to go through them, but if our interpretation, presentation or scoring is at fault we want to fix it.
Privacy request
VINLytix does not store VINs or create accounts, so in most cases there is nothing held about you to access or delete. If you believe otherwise, get in touch and we will tell you exactly what exists.
Data provider or partnership
If you operate a licensed vehicle valuation or history service, the provider architecture is built to accept one. We are interested.

What we cannot help with
VINLytix cannot provide vehicle history, accident records, title status or lien information — we do not hold that data, and no amount of asking will produce it. For those, use a licensed vehicle history provider.
We also cannot tell you whether a specific vehicle has outstanding recall work. That requires the manufacturer’s own records; a franchised dealer for the make will check the VIN free of charge.
We are not able to give advice on an individual purchase, valuation disputes, or legal matters arising from a vehicle transaction.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on How It Works, Methodology and Data Sources. The methodology page in particular documents every calculation on the report.
If you are writing about a specific report, please describe the vehicle rather than sending the full VIN — the first eleven characters are plenty for us to understand the case.
